Teletubbies Theme for Directory Opus Magellan 2

This theme is designed for 800x600 but should work in smaller screen modes with scaling.

This is my second theme for Magellan2, included with the theme is a grab of my own Dopus WB screen and some additional
wav files which I didn't use.
